-1959256300 2014-10-30 On the day of my inspection I found that Vernon King had used, tested 5.5 casing set at 450'. Formation Cementing pumped a Bentonite gel and cotton seed hull slug to condition the hole. They broke circulation, but the fluid fell as soon as they stopped pumping. They pumped the gel and cotton seed slugs three more times, with the same result each time. They finally went into cement. Circulation was maintained throughout pumping and cement was circulated to surface. The cement fell approximately 15' when they stopped pumping.
