2646002 Primary Facility 2016-06-20 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted The Department conducted an inspection of the T.L.J Garrison 1 gas well on 6/20/16 in response to a complaint. The Department determined that a valve on an unused section of sales line was damaged while bailing hay allowing gas to escape from the unused portion of the sales line. The valve is located approximately 100 west of the gas wellhead. The well was not damaged. The well was shut in after gas was heard escaping from the damaged valve. The Department did not observe any gas leaking from the sales line or the T.L.J Garrison 1 gas well at the time of inspection. The Department contacted the well operator pertaining to the damaged sales valve. The operator responded to the well location to make repairs to the damaged valve/sales line and restore gas service to the complainant’s residence. The Department also requested that the operator verify the operation of emergency phone number posted on the T.L.J Garrison wellhead.
