Work was underway to set up the NOMAC drilling rig onsite. Also final touches were being made on the construction of the freshwater impundment and its security fencing along with the tank pad for the flowback tanks to be located onsite. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. All erosion controls had been implemented and maintained as outlined in the E&S plan contained within the ESCGP.

OG-71 approved Aboveground Storare Tank (AST) had been constructed onsite in preparation for well stimulation activities. Freshwater impoundment construction had been completed, the impoundment had been lined, and was being filled with purchased water from a nearby hydrant. All disturbed areas had been temporarily stabilized with vegetation. Based upon the condition if the site and the completeness if the Restoration Extension Request submission the request will be granted extending the restoration deadline until March 15, 2019.
