Mechanical gauge on the production line reads pressure 500 PSI, the gauge on the annulus reads 0 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. The Department recommending addressing the labeling issue and then resubmitting well site restoration reports for wells 013-20012, 013-20013, and 013-20015.
