2711922 Primary Facility 2018-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Habanero well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2711924 Primary Facility 2018-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Habanero well pad and the following was observed.

2767777 Primary Facility 2018-08-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well is shut in. Consolidated Wellsite Services on site and has pulled tubing.
2816623 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well appears to be in good condition and well maintained. Operator representative informed the Department that this well is temporarily shut in.
