On 3/28/2018 the rig set 42' of 26" conductor pipe and 75' of 16 " mouse hole pipe. The conductor pipe was grouted back to the cellar surface.

There was a trace of water encountered at 9'.

The operator has installed a sound wall completely around this well pad.

All equipment on site looked ok.

2753012 Primary Facility 2018-07-17 Complaint Inspection Violation(s) Noted Present during inspection is operator rep Scott Krueger.

Well head surrounded by cement barriers. At time of inspection 8 roll off boxes on site. These boxes are on secondary containment. Contractors are removing the panels from the noise reduction wall. Contractors are removing the temporary water transmission lines. According to Mr. Krueger well is drilled and frac'ed but flow back has not begun.
