1394550382 2014-03-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Arrive totday to begin plugging well to surface. NicksWell Plugging is on site with all of the equipment needed to plug the well. I found that they are at the break over point with time to begin plugging. Before they begin they want to be able to pull tubing out after setting the bottom plug. The job was later schduled for Tuesday at 8:00 am
1394632016 2014-03-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Arrive to plug the well and did not find any vehicles parked as they have been before. Both dozers are parked out front at the entrance and nobody has answered the phone. Wait to make sure they are plugging today because it is almost 1 mile off the road and it has been raining all night. Set # 2 plug and # 3 plug thru tubing and now they need to pull all of the tubing out so they can go in to rip casing. Inspector Grimm is to cover the remaining 2 plugs to surface.
1765152116 2015-07-09 Final Restoration No Violations Location has met 1509.072B requirements.
1904175785 2014-03-11 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Nicks Well Plugging has 2-3/8 inch diameter tubing set at 5450 ft and will set the bottom plug with 25 sks of class A cement. After the bottom plug is set they will pull up to 4717 ft and shoot off the tubing. Next they will shoot 15 holes in the 4-1/2 inch diameter casing and pull up to 3900 ft and shoot the 4-1/2 inch casing again. Then run tubing bask to 4717 ft and set # 2 plug and up to set # 3 plug before pulling all of the tubing out. Then go in and rip 4-1/2 casing and lay it all down run back to plug thru 2-3/8 tubing to surface. After shooting the tubing off Appalachian Well Service could not get back down the tubing to shoot the 4-1/2 inch casing. Nicks Well Service had to pull all of the tubing out and clear it, then run back in to shoot. They did get all of the shots in place and now the job is scheduled for Weds. @ 7:30 to start plugging.
