Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0817558574 2018-11-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Status check inspection found no well present in the plotted location and a previous inspection from 09/25/2017 indicating the well has been plugged. I notified my Supervisor Brent Bear and spoke with Ascent Representative Doug Bennett regarding the well plugging report.
1265384727 2017-09-25 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision rathole had filled the 36 inch diameter hole drilled to 100 feet with 80 yards of cement on 9/23/17. I was notified and told them to proceed. The cement was stopped 30 inches below ground level and a steel plate with the API number was placed on top. Remaining hole will be filled with gravel to bring up to pad elevation. There is no casing and no cellar ring left in the hole. Ascent has applied for emergency permits for replacement of this hole as well as the 1H, 20967.
1936175313 2017-09-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I was onsite to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. When I arrived on location I was informed by Ascent Rep Colden Parker that the auger bit had snapped off and they were currently fishing for the piece left in hole. This also happened on the 1H well, 20967. O-tex cementing is onsite. Water trucks were sent home and I will return when they retrieve the bit and are ready to cement.
