UPDATE: 2-17-16:Operator contacted Department on 2-17-16 and stated that a subsidiary of Rosebud Mining requested that the access road not be removed. Department requests Operator submit a letter stating such to the Department. As per current regulations, Operator is required to permanently stabilize site within 9 months of plugging. |
