At time of inspection well is plugged. Erected monument present with permit number permanently affixed. E&S plan not on site. Access road and site snow covered therefore temp BMS's could not be inspected. Inspection is PENDING futher investigation. UPDATE: 2-17-16:Operator contacted Department on 2-17-16 and stated that a subsidiary of Rosebud Mining requested that the access road not be removed. Department requests Operator submit a letter stating such to the Department. As per current regulations, Operator is required to permanently stabilize site within 9 months of plugging. |
