2834188 Primary Facility 2019-01-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspected location. Upon arrival I noticed a continuous amount of gas leaking out of the 4 1/2 x 7 inch annulus. I looked at the well records and it shows 528 feet of cemented 7" and 613 feet of 4 1/2 casing on a packer. I contacted Todd Kuselman with Snyder Brothers to let him know there maybe a casing issue. Under 78.86 requires the operator to repair the problem or to have a plan to repair the problem in 30 days. Todd was going to check previous records and documents giving the history of the well and the area ( 5 mile creek with gas bubbling in the stream years ago) to check into the issue.
