Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0382408812 2016-03-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The Albrecht - Exchange Unit #1 was completed in 5/ 1993. A review of the RBDMS data base indicated that the production volumes were current. The lease road, which leads to both the tank battery and well head, is graveled. The tank battery is a common tank battery also servicing the John Brown # 1-D ( 34-153-2-3156 ) and St. Joseph Unit # 1-D ( 34-153-2-2807 ) wells. The tank battery is fenced and locked. One (1) 140 barrel oil tank, one (1) 33 barrel poly brine tank and a 2408 horizontal separator were allocated to the well. All the load line were locked and plugged. I did not identify any leaks or contamination associated with the tank battery equipment for the Albrecht-Exchange Unit #1. The required signage was in place and legible. The well was shut due to market conditions. The well was cycled on for two (2) weeks and off for three (3) months. The well was fenced and locked with proper signage in place. The well was constructed with 317 of 8.625 surface casing, 3917 of 4.5 production casing and 3810 of 1.5 tubing. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. The well was shut in at the sales line, I spoke with George Strawn ( Everflow ) and requested that the gate valve be utilized to shut in the well. The well head was leak free at the time of this inspection. No violations identified.
