Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0861493179 2004-11-02 Production Wells No Violations Rich Strawn with Everflow reported that vandals had opened the valves on the stock tanks and drained approximately 110 bbl of crude into the containment dike. A police report was filed. A small percentage of the release seeped through the western dike wall and affected an area 10 feet by 15 feet. The initial response included spreading sorbent materials outside of the dike and using Moore Well Services vac truck inside of the dike. Recovered oil was placed back into a stock tank for later recovery. The St. Sebastian #3-D well shares a common tank battery with the #1, #2-D and the Christ Methodist #1-D wells. Future reports will on reference the #1 well. If remediation continues in a timely fashion, no NOV will be issued. All valves will be locked.
