Formation Cement then cemented 97 of 30 casing in place with 120 sacks of class A cement. There were good cement returns at surface.
0241695005 2013-12-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Baker Hughes was on location preparing to log the hole and perf foramtion. If everything goes as planned, Artex will be setting the 4.5 sometime tomorrow morning.
0693895227 2014-01-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The rig has moved off of location and there is a wellhead in place, however there is still drilling equipment on site. The pit is still open however the operator has recently graded the area.
1386227298 2013-12-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site to witness the cementing of the surface casing. Kilbarger Patterson rig 17 drilled 12 1/4 hole to a depth of 739. The baffle was at 644 and the casing shoe was at 687. They used three centralizers on the bottom. Formation Cement then cemented 687 of 9 5/8 casing in place with 230 sacks of class A cement. There were good cement returns at the surface however the casing head leaked so they were no able to hold the 700 psi. Heath, with Artex, will perform a annular test when they test the BOP.
2051023768 2014-08-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Site now correctly meets 1509.072 preliminary requirements.
