Well is equipped with a pump jack, Little Joe and big Joe regulators. The production tank bottoms have rusted through. Landowner considering selling property to school system. No issues with well.
1391530981 2014-02-04 Production Wells No Violations Received a phone call request from an individual claiming to represent a group of landowners concerned about the oil well. They did not wish to provide names or file a formal complaint. They are concerned about gas and oil odor coming from the well. The 100 Bbl and 50 Bbl tanks in the tank battery have rusted out but are not in use. There is a 5 Bbl plastic tank at the well that fluid is being pumped to. This is the source of odor at the location. There are no leaks from the well. There is oil or paraffin residue on the ground around the plastic tank contained in the immediate area of the well. No leaks from the tank.
