Ralph Shorts is applying peat sorb to swale area and cleaning road ditch with backhoe. I estimated approximately 1 barrel of crude escaped. Oil boom has been placed in road ditch on west side of CR 175. Drilling pit liner is still intact and has been pumped in tank on site. Local farmer advised 5 of rain fell during the night in this area. Photographs were taken of area. Sun, muggy, 75 degrees. |
