0487039839 2018-03-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is a Clinton gas well. There is 80 psi indicated on the production casing at the wellhead. There is 5 inch casing in the well with a gate valve. There is a Big Joe regulator on the flowline and a separator. The well is in use for gas supply. John Leininger is the owner of the well. He was previously contacted and requested a registration packet which was not sent to him. Kathryn Smith mailed a registration packet on 6/27/18.
0666435802 2016-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is unidentified. The location is overgrown with brush. There is 5 inch production casing in the well. A gauge on the production casing indicates about 150 pounds of pressure. There is a gate valve on the production casing and a flowline to a separator. Beyond the separator is 2 inch flow line with a big joe regulator on it. There are no tanks for the well. There is also 10 inch casing at the surface. The top of the 10 inch is filled with cement and tar. The well is capable of production.
