2139143945 2014-08-07 Production Wells No Violations John E. Yoder (419-994-3805) at 184 CR 2575 is taking house gas from the well. He advised the house at 182 CR 2575 is also taking house gas from the well and they split swabbing costs and maintenance costs on the well. He also stated that he does not own the property where the well is located as the farm was split up at the time he purchased it. He advised that the gas rights are deeded to him. I advised him he will need to register the well and as the situation is currently, will not qualify as domestic. He stated that a gas company in Millersburg may be the well owner, but he did not know the name of the company. The ownership of the well will need to be investigated at the court house, however the homeowners are maintaining and using it presently.
