The tank battery consisted of one 210- barrel production tank, and a mechanical separator. An earthen dike surrounded the tank battery. No identification was posted at tank battery or well head. Last recorded production was in 1988 for 122-barrels of oil. The well is in violation of Revised code 1509.062 and shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio revived code section 1509.12 (B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to David Morrison at 375 Forest Lake Dr. Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
