1466006479 2016-04-15 Production Wells No Violations I met with Mike Hobbs at the well location. He told me he was unhappy with the ruts created which was about 50 feet on his property when the company brought in a service rig to service the well. I walked over the area where the ruts were to find water standing in ruts no deeper than six inches deep. This was also the access route to the well. I told Mike the ruts were not severe enough to require remediation at this time. I spoke with the company [ Chris Pirigy ], He told me they are in the process of selling the well to the landowner. I measured the distance between the wellhead and Mikes residence to find the well is 153 feet from Mikes home. I found no compliance issues with this well.

1725473531 2018-07-23 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was closed and the 2 inch line valve off of the tubing was closed. The length of the tubing was stained with oil from the bottom of the lubricating head to the tubing packing. The well was very overgrown with dense vegetation. The last production records submitted, that met state requirements was in 2015. Production submitted in 2016 and 2017 were zero. The diked tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank. There was a mechanical separator outside of the diked tank battery with open valves. The sales line chart showed no production. The chart in the box was dated 12/12/2015. The tank battery location was overgrown with trees and vegetation. Signage at the tank battery was blank and needs to be updated to reflect new owner information. The lease access was stable and is shared with the landowner Michael Hobbs driveway.
