| 2068966225 | 2018-12-14 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | I conducted an inspection this well. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production at the time of this inspection. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The diked tank battery contained legible identification and was shared with wells 2-0809, 2-0810, and 2-0812. The lease access was stable. Due to a shared battery with multiple wells, identification needs added to the well location per OAC 1501:9-9-05(A)10. I contacted Todd Suko of Bocor Holding, LLC regarding the installation of identification at the well location. |
