The well had 4.5 casing at ground level with a swage to two with a T pipe and two valves on the T pipe. One valve had a reducer to one inch with a pressure gauge on it. The other valve was closed. The well was not connected to anything. The tax records showed the owner of the property is James J. & Suzanne O Conner, 1284 E. Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047. There was no one home at the time of my inspection. I took one photo of the well and one photo of the entrance to the well. |
