| 1534944323 | 2018-08-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection follow-up regarding complaint #5733. At the time of this inspection, the well was in production. The gate valve on the tubing was open and the 2 inch flow line valve was open. The domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator and drip bottle had an open valve. The tubing packing leak has been repaired. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, one concrete brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. Tank battery was diked and had legible signage. Lease access was stable. I contacted landowner, Ms. Brenda Lautanen and informed her about the gas leak repair. Complaint can be closed. |
| 1636838905 | 2017-10-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well with regards to complaint #5733. I met with landowner Brenda Lautanen who informed me that the well on her property was leaking gas. Upon inspection of the well, it was observed that the well had a tubing packing leak and needed repaired. Ms. Lautanens residence was receiving domestic gas from the well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the tubing valve and flow line were shut in but the domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing was open. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The tank battery was diked. No signage was present at the well or tank battery location. The lease access was stable. I contacted Elaine King at Equity Oil and Gas Funds and left a message. I received a phone call from a Jerry Lower, field superintendent for the company and informed me that the leak would be taken care of. |
