0557070523 2017-12-18 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection for compliance notice 1442939332. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the well is being produced off of the 4.5 inch casing. No signage had been added to the well location. Production has been submitted for this well in 2016. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The 210 BBL leaking production tank has been removed from the battery, and replaced by the 100 BBL tank. The impacted medium within the battery has been removed and replaced with new stone. The tank battery was diked and new signage has been installed on the 100 BBL tank. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-1860 and 2-1869. I contacted Northwood Energy and spoke with Chris Scofield about installing signage at the well location.

The identification at the tank battery area was not legible, also there was no identification posted at the well location. This well shares a common tank battery with permit numbers 1860 and 1869. ODNR Division of Oil & Gas records show 0 production was reported from 2005-2014. This well was idle at the time of my inspection. REMEDIAL WORK REQUIRED: Establish identification at the tank battery and the well locations. Submit a plan to the Division of Oil & Gas within 30 days with details for plugging the well.
