This well shares a common tank battery with P# 2316 , see inspection report for P# 2316 on 2-28-2014 for tank battery status . At the well I found the well is equipped with a pumping unit . The pumping unit was not in operation at the time of my inspection . The valve from the well to the flow line was open . There was no identification posted at the well which is in violation of Ohio Administrative rule 1501: 9-9-05 , A-10 , which states any well which shares a common tank shall be identified at the well . I could not determine definitively if the well was or was not in production . |
