The well and associated battery are located on an otherwise undeveloped parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system. The primary gate valve at the production casing head was closed. I did not note any signs of leakage or impact to the surrounding area. The wellhead was in a clearing surrounded by tress and meadow grasses. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 210-barrel production tank, and horizontal separator. Fittings and connections were free from any signs of leakage or problems. The interior of the secondary containment was mostly over-grown with grasses, and free from significant signs of leakage, spills, or releases of fluids. |
