2009080661 2018-02-13 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well with DOGRM inspector John Fleming. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the annulus and flow line was closed. There was a 2 inch line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing reduced into a 1 inch line with a regulator. The valve on the 2 inch line was open. The pressure gauge on the 1 inch line read 34 psi. There was an audible bubbling sound around the 4.5 inch casing packing and the 8 5/8 inch surface casing was not exposed. The well was approximately located 950 feet from the nearest occupied dwelling. The tank battery consisted of one 35 BBL steel tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The tank battery location was diked. There was no signage located at the well or tank battery. The lease access was stable. Attempts to contact the landowner were unsuccessful at the time of this inspection, regarding the production equipment and signage. I also contacted Forristal Pumping, Inc. about plumbing up the surface casing to check annulus pressure.
