1469995963 | 2016-07-29 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I inspected this former well location as an evaluation for Final Restoration. At the time of this inspection, I walked the former location of the flow line and inspected the former well location. There was no visible evidence of surface equipment at the former location of the well or along the inferred course of the flow line. I met with the landowner, Mr. Dean Burdyshaw. Mr. Burdyshaw reported that the well was plugged and abandoned several years ago, and the remaining surface production equipment was removed, including the flow line and associated connections. Mr. Burdyshaw reported satisfaction that everything had been removed and restored. All activities associated with Final Restoration appear to be complete. |
