There was one separator. There was a 210 barrel steel tank located outside the earthen dike on the north side. The tank was not connected to anything. The well was equipped with a plunger unit. The valve from the well to the flow line was closed. There was a active domestic hook-up from the 4.5 production casing. This well was not in production at the time of my inspection. I found no compliance issues with this well. |

The well and associated battery are located on a rural farm parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system. The system was idle and the flow-line valves were closed. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 100-barrel production tank, which was empty, one 50-barrel brine tank which was full of fluid, and horizontal separator. There was also a discarded 210-barrel stock tank adjacent to the well. There were no signs that the well was being produced. |
