There was a domestic line plumbed off the sales line with a meter, regulator, and drip bottle. Valve was open The load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug and lock. An earthen dike surrounded tank battery. Proper identification was posted at the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. Production records are current. |
