Inspection of the well found no visible violations on the surface . The well is equiped with a pumping unit . The surface casing head is equipped to vent shale gas . I closed the valve from the surface casing head for five minutes . I then opened the valve to find there was no build-up of pressure . ODNR records and conversation with Clarence Tussel found there was no problems encountered while drilling the surface bore , and placement and cementing of the surface casing . No Violations . |
