At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was open and the 2 inch flow line valve was open. There was an active domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing, with two regulators and a meter. The well was fenced and locked. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 140 BBL tank, one 50 BBL poly tank and a vertical, mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. Compliance notice can be closed. |

Upon my inspection, I observed the following: A wellhead with plunger lift system located in a small chain-link enclosure. The flow-line valves were open and the well was in production. The associated tank battery was located adjacent. The battery was comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank, one 50-barrek poly brine tank, and separator unit. There was an active chart record and production reports were current. I noted the following deficiency: the load-line valves and enclosure gates were not secured with locks. The owner must place locks at the load lines and the enclosure gates in compliance with OAC 1501-9:9-05(E)(3) by no later than 5/11/18 or be subject to additional enforcement.
