| 1549980780 | 2019-02-12 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | At the time of my inspection the well is equipped with a plunger lift system. The production valves were in the open position. The tank battery consists of one 100-barrel production tank, 50-barrel production tank, one vertical separator with one drip bottle and one meter run with a current chart. The load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery. Earthen dike surrounded the tank battery. The lease road was stable. On side of lease road remained two 300-barrel skid tanks. Called American energy on removing skid tanks. No answer. Left message to call me back. |
