There is no charcoal filter , relief valves or lightning arrestors on production tank . The earthen dike is not of sufficient size to contain the volume of fluids stored within the dike . A fence has not yet been established around tank battery or wellhead . The well site and lease road have been restored , vegetation has been established . I contacted Bob Barnett with American energy , I advised him of remedial work required to comply , He told me he would perform all required work required to comply . REMEDIAL WORK REQUIRED : ESTABLISH EARTHEN DIKE OF SUFFICIENT SIZE[ TWO FEET HIGH ] TO HOLD CONTENTS STORED WITHIN , GATE WITH LOCK AT ENTRANCE TO WELL , WARNING SIGNS AT TANK BATTERY AND WELLHEAD AREAS , SEALED LIDS ON TANKS , CHARCOAL FILTER , RELIEF VALVES AND LIGHTNING ARESSTORS ON OIL TANK , LOCKS ON ALL VALVES AND SEPARATOR DOOR , FENCE AROUND TANK BATTERY AND WELLHEAD WITH LOCKS . |
