0077908104 | 2017-06-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I performed a site inspection on this location. They are preparing to frac the well. The well are fraced. The pits are in good condition with ample room before over flowing. Location is well maintained and clean. |

0868852147 | 2017-08-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | I met with Cary LeShock to review the tank battery construction and the setting of a National Model 80 electric pumping unit. The access road and pad was gravelled and afforded good entry. The tank battery consisted of three (3) 210 barrel tanks, a 2410 Gas Production Unit (GPU) for separation and will be utilized for the Gaag # 1H ( 34-007-2-4561 ) well also. The tanks were surrounded with an earthen dike which was seeded and strawed. Proper spacing was observed among the tanks and between the GPU. Spacing between the wellhead and tank battery was compliant. The pits were made of three (3) chambers. Two (2) chambers contained fluid and the third was the cuttings pit. All exhibited adequate sideboard volume. I requested that the pits be closed as soon as possible, since the 60 day closing date requirement is nearing. The annular pressure monitoring equipment was not installed at the time of this inspection. I requested that the proper equipment be installed as soon as possible. No violations identified during this inspection. |
0899699799 | 2017-06-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the pressure test on the BOP. The company pressured up on the annulus of the drill stem to 395 psi. They then shut-in the annulus of the drill stem and held the pressure for 15 minutes. There was no loss of pressure after 15 minutes. The test passed. |
0940066496 | 2017-05-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I arrived on site to find the drilling rig was rigged up. They told me they were going to spud the well on the day after the holiday. |
0985255487 | 2017-07-24 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Moore Well Services was swabbing the 2.375 tubing in order to recover the frac load. After five pulls the well began to flow on its own. The flowback was collected in a 400 barrel tank. The well flowed for the entire time of my inspection. The pits had adequate free board. The location was absent of contamination and the erosional controls were maintained and effective. No violations. |
1365429853 | 2017-06-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the pressure test on the BOP. The company pressured up on the annulus of the drill stem to 400 psi and then shut-in the annulus for 15 minutes. There was no loss of pressure after 15 minutes. The test passed. |
1525877102 | 2018-05-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The Gaag # 2 H well is equipped with electric pumping well. The tank battery was shared with the Gaag # 1 H well ( 34-007-2-4561 ). The tank battery was comprised of three (3) 210 barrel stock tanks and a Gas Production Unit ( GPU ). The tank pad was surrounded by a earthen dike. |
1525877988 | 2018-05-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The Gaag # 1 H well is equipped with electric pumping well. The tank battery was shared with the Gaag # 2 H well ( 34-007-2-4561 ). The tank battery was comprised of three (3) 210 barrel stock tanks and a Gas Production Unit ( GPU ). The tank pad was surrounded by a earthen dike. |
1545378394 | 2017-09-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | The Gaag # 2 H well was completed as a electric pumping well. The tank battery was shared with the Gaag # 1 H well ( 34-007-2-4561 ). The tank battery was comprised of three (3) 210 barrel stock tanks and a Gas Production Unit ( GPU ). The tank pad was surrounded by a earthen dike. I reviewed with Cary LeShock several non - compliance items I found during this inspection. Those items included Identification Signage for the tanks and locks for the load lines. The locks were placed on during my inspection and the signage to be completed this week. The disturbed area over the pits has not shown any vegetative growth as it was seeded last week. |
1667040744 | 2017-06-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to check the pressure on the annulus of the 7 inch casing. The pressure was 18 psi. The company was on hold in continuing the well till further notice from their main office. |
2007392750 | 2017-06-06 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location to witness the cementing of the intermediate casing string. When I arrived on location the company reported to me that they had drilled an 8 3/4 inch hole to a total depth of 3456 ground level. They ran new-7 inch casing that weighing 20 lbft and set at 3436 ground level. Casing was set with seventeen centralizers beginning with one on the bottom joint and then every fifth joint. The hole was drilled on air. The drilling contractor had circulated two bottoms up, and left the hole loaded while they waited on the cement contractor. Casing was run with a running rubber. I was unable to view the hole to see if it was loaded and static. Inspection of the blow line indicated no flow. Petroset Cementing was the cementing contractor. During discussion of the job design, I inquired multiple times who the responsible employee for testing the mix water was, and who would be weighing the slurry. The cementing contractor informed me that they didnt have any supplies to test the mix water nor did they have scales. The drilling contractor was informed the job could not proceed until necessary tests were run. I provided the contractor with pH strips and Quantabs to test the water. The pH of the water was 7 and the Chlorides were 358ppm. Cary, the drilling supervisor produced a set of mud scales. Cary and I confirmed that my scales and his scales where both calibrated by testing with water at 8.3ppg. The operator broke circulation with four barrels of water. Petroset then ran 500 pounds of gel (approximately 12 barrels of slurry,) ahead of the cement. The plan for the job was to mix 600 sacks of Class A 3% CaCl cement, displace to the casing shoe at 3446 KB, land the plug and pressure up 500 psi over landing pressure and hold for 5 minutes. Petroset Cementing Services Inc. started into the cement portion of the job. Cement weights taken with my scales were as follows: the first sample weighed 14.5 pounds per gallon, and second weight was 14.7 pound |
