1555584060 | 2019-04-18 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8-inch surface casing. My inspection revealed that Petroset cemented the casing with 144 sacks of Class A (3% CaCl and a bag of LCMS) with a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and used 5.2 gallons of freshwater per sack of mix water, displaced with 25 barrels of freshwater. Circulation was established and maintained threw out the cement job. |
