0755419319 2019-01-08 Orphan No Violations I conducted an inspection on this location in response to complaint #5907. I spoke with landowner Mary Ferl regarding a possible oil and gas well on the property located at 42 Crystal Springs Road, in Conneaut. Mary and her husband Rob do not reside at the above address. At the time of this inspection, the well was located adjacent to an unoccupied dwelling on the Ferl property and was currently not connected to either buildings located on the property. The well was also not being used or connected to any other residence or building along Crystal Springs Road. The only part of the well that was visible was what looked like an old valve. The rest of the well was not exposed to be able to obtain any casing and/or tubing measurements, if applicable. There was no other equipment associated with this said well. The well information has been documented and will be further reviewed to see if the well is eligible for the orphan well program.
1557321529 2019-05-08 Orphan No Violations At the time of my inspection I dug up well to determine if this was a well and the diameter tubing and casing. The well consisted of 3-inch casing with a reducer and valve on top. The tubing was cemented inside of casing. The casing was undetermined size. I took several pics of well and sent them to supervisor Tom Hill.
