1353075071 2012-11-14 Production Wells Violations Noted Well was not equipped with an identification tag. The well was equipped with 10 conductor and 2 production casing and 1 tubing. The 2 production casing was equipped with a line to the tank battery. The annular space between the conductor and the 2 was open, and next to the well another 2 line coming from the separator was laying on the ground. I spoke with the producers and they stated that 2 line originally connected the 1 tubing to the tank battery for production. Recently a new line was run to the landowners house and the lines had been disconnected but not yet removed. I asked the company to remove the line that was laying open ended next to the well from the separator. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number.
