The well is cased with 5.5 production, surface and conductor casings and there is no other equipment present. Timber has been inserted in the open 5.5 casing but was not sealed. I could hear the well bubbling. Proper identification was not posted. I checked with DNR in Columbus and found the bond on this well has been forfeited 1/20/2012 - RESOLVING NOV as well is now in the Orphan Well Program. |
