0460955360 2017-07-19 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspection of well found a 3x4 dike in front of the pumping unit that had water and oil on top of it. Outside of that dike was a brine scald and oil stained dirt. The well uses a pumping unit for production and either a flow line leaked at one time or a stuffing box leaked causing the pollution and contamination. The identification sign was faded and did not contain the phone number or the owner of the well, this will need rectified. I tried to call the company but the answering machine picked up, I did not leave a message the first time. I will call back and leave a message. Pictures were taken. I spoke with the pumper later that afternoon and then received a call back from the owner of the company later that evening.
