0902927054 2018-08-17 Production Wells No Violations The brine tank that was leaking has been emptied. However the tank and the scalds still exists. I texted Jeff Marshall owner of Roulette Energy LLC and asked when planning on removing the tank. He replied that he didnt know I wanted it out and that he would check on it, however we did have a conversation about removing the tank and remediating the affected soils.
1398034374 2018-07-02 Production Wells No Violations The tank is still full when I notified Jeff Marshall he explained he would need for the road to dry up to get a truck in there to empty the tank. I texted Jeff and explained that the road seemed pretty dry today.

1970414958 2006-12-05 Production Wells No Violations No action was taken to plug or produce the well. Took photographs.
2140979729 2018-06-20 Production Wells Violations Noted The well is a gas well producing naturally. The tank battery consists of 2-100 barrel steel tanks and a horizontal separator. One of the tanks is very rusted and brine scalds are apparent near that tank inside the dike. The tank looks as though it could fail at anytime.
