Well is not capable of production. Well shall be plugged. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to: ODNR Division of Oil & Gas, c/o Josh Garland, 5880 Memory Rd, Zanesville OH 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1501: 9-11-05 (b) and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
0834728350 2018-07-10 Production Wells Violations Noted This well needs plugged per Jaime Metcalf. Jaime said at one meeting I had with her on location that Bruce Fouts had a rig on this well and that it just needed plugged. It is just sitting open to the atmosphere with a bucket over top of it. There has been production of 0 oil, gas and brine reported to the State of Ohio since 2010. There was nothing reported from 2006 to 2010 and 0 reported from 2002 to 2006. The well is currently incapable of production. I discussed this violation with Jaime Metcalf owner of the well, in person while at the lease.

1977102100 2012-12-10 Production Wells Violations Noted The well was not equipped with identification. The 10 surface casing was open to air with a makeshift steel cap as a well head. The 3 production was open to air. No production has been recorded since 2005. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. Well shall be plugged or produced. Records shall be submitted to the division of Oil & Gas.
2031128847 2018-09-19 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of this well revealed identification was posted at the wellhead. This well is still idle and open to the atmosphere. This well was cited for being idle, incapable and is supposed ot be plugged. I texted Jamie Metcalf and asked her what her plans moving forward on these wells were.
