Erosion has taken place along the lease road roughly 200 up hill and has deposited sedimentation and gravel roughly 75 down stream from the crossing. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. If multiple wells are being produced into the common tank each well-head shall be identified as to owner, permit number where available, well number and lease name. The dike shall be emptied of all fluids. Lease road shall be graded and Best Management Practices shall be utilized in order to prevent substantial erosion and sedimantation and pollution to the intermitten stream. |
