1582324405 2018-06-06 Orphan No Violations Initial inspection of recently referred orphan well: Upon inspection, it is observed that this well is idle, incapable of production, and appears to be abandoned. The well is situated less than 30 from the roadway and consists of 10.75 inch diameter conductor casing, 5.19 inch diameter production casing, and 2.38 inch production tubing wih rods. The well is not leaking oil, gas, or brine and there is no evidence of past leakage. A steel flow line leads to the old tank dike approximately 50 feet downhill of the wellhead. Another abandoned flow line runs from the former tank battery location approximately 200 downhill into the Trimble State Wildlife Area. There are no producion tanks or other equipment associated with the well. There are no overhead or buried utilities at or near the well location. The well is located on public land owned by the ODNR-Division of Wildlife. Photos were taken of the location.
1593503585 2018-06-01 Production Wells No Violations This well needs referred to the idle orphan program. This well has 2 tubing, rods, 5 5/8 casing and 10 inch conductor. The casing head on the 5 inch casing looks similar to what a well would use to pump off a shackle line system.
