Well equipped with a 2 swab line and two steel tanks for swabbing 25 from wellhead. A 2 production line ran to a separator and a drip. Well was not equipped with an identification tag because company was unsure of the name and number of well. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. No production has ever been recorded for this well. Keito is not shown as registered owner of well. Spoke with owners of Keito Gas in the field regarding ownership issues and recording production. Records may be confused with well 34.009.2.1230. Company plans to correct records. |
