| 0875457981 | 2018-11-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, vertical separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with .250-inch diameter orifice, all enclosed within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing that was equipped with a 4.5-inch diameter gate valve that was open, there was a 2-inch diameter valve on the flow line that was closed at the time of my inspection. There was a domestic gas hookup attached to the well head with a drip and regulator. There was no identification tags present and production has been reported as 0 since 2014. |
