Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0340252863 2018-06-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100 barrel stock tank, vertical separator, and 2 inch diameter meter run with a .250 inch orifice plate that was disconnected. The mechanical dump valve on the separator had a slight leak. After testing standing water near separator the chlorides were at 72 parts per million. Production equipment is shared with 34013203810000. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 2.375 inch diameter upset tubing, with rods and an Alten pumping unit with natural gas motor. The casing valve was closed, and tubing valve was open at the time of my inspection. Identification tags were present but illegible and production was reported as zero for gas, oil, and brine for 2017. I contacted Mike Corp with Northwood and explained that the leak needs to be fixed and Identification tags need to be addressed. He informed me that they would remediate the problems right away. There will be a follow up inspection later in the week to make sure problems have been remediated
0909417071 2012-11-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection the well had a pumping unit and was capable of production. Tank battery contents included: one 100 bbl oil storage tank and a mechanical separator. No violations noted.
1001034160 2004-05-24 Production Wells No Violations STATUS CHECK
1791441925 2017-07-24 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing. It also has tubing and rods installed in the well. Attached to the rods was a pumping unit. The pumping unit had a motor on it that appeared to be powered by natural gas. The motor had belts that were attached from it to the pumping unit. The production area contained one 100 barrel production fluid holding tank and a vertical mechanical separator. There was a 50 barrel production fluid holding tank near the well head but did not appear to be plumbed into the well. Production records within the RBDMS system are current up to 2016 with no production reported in 2016.
