1087491850 | 2018-05-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing with 3,200 pounds per square inch on the gauge. Valves were shut at the time of my inspection. There was no annular pressure monitoring in place. Production equipment included 6- 400 barrel purge tanks. There were no Pressure release lines on annular casings. Identification tags were not present on the well head, or tanks but placed at entry of lease road. There were three other cellars in place but no conductors had been set. There has been no production recorded on this well. Master well file states that the well is shut in and Antero is currently waiting on pipeline. |
1224450560 | 2015-03-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On this day the 18.625 casing was cemented in a 24 open hole to a depth of 326. Calfrac ran 1500 sks of class A cement with cement to surface established. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted. |
1423956268 | 2015-02-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the date of inspection I was informed by Antero consultant Jason Bussey that Rocky Mountain Drilling has drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to a depth of 103 feet. According to Jason, no water was encountered during drilling. Rocky Mountain set 103 feet of 26 inch diameter, 102.5lbs/ft conductor pipe on bottom. I field titrated the mix/displacement water for chlorides which were at a level of 125ppm. Allied Oil & Gas services pumped 242sk of Class A cement, 15.6ppg, 1.18 yield, 2% CaCl2, and 0.25lbs/sk of flake. Allied displaced cement with 55bbl of fresh water. 5bbl of cement returned to surface. |
1553265903 | 2019-03-22 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with the area affected by the well pad construction restored and vegetation established. The perimeter sedimentation control filter sock have been removed. The lease road and well pad surface are stone construction and in good repair. There were four tin horn cellars set initially but only one well drilled. The State RBDMS records show the well was drilled and completed then flow tested for 30 days. The well has been shut in awaiting a pipeline to be installed. No production flow line is attached the well head production flow cross and no production equipment was set on location. The tank pad was started to be built but not complete. On this day I reached out to Anteros production foreman Doug Stebbins and asked him to post identification on the well and install permanent gauges on the A&B section of the well head for the purpose of monitoring annular pressure. It was indicated that the company is checking the well head pressures on a regular basis however there is no A section riser pipe present. |
