0811567820 2018-07-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a four-string casing design, 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875 inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on both the 13.325-inch diameter surface casing and the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing, pressures were monitored with transducers with no ability to read pressures. I spoke with XTO operator Tyler Snider who gave me the 9.625 inch diameter casing pressure was 449 pounds per square inch. Both casings had bleed down lines ran to the production fluid tanks, at the time of my inspection the 13.375-inch diameter casing was open flowing into tanks. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and Gas Processing Unit. The wells were still set up with flow back equipment. Sand traps were running to 2- 500-barrel horizontal frack tanks. There were also 6- 400-barrel production fluid tanks inside containment. Production fluid tanks were all shared with 34013209940000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0945335668 2016-05-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day I visited this pad to perform a preliminary restoration inspection. The pad appeared to be in satisfactory condition. Vegetation has been established and the erosion and sediment controls appear to be functioning properly. Preliminary restoration for this site has passed.
1476323212 2017-08-28 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch production casing and appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a sand separation unit that is attached to two 500-barrel storage tanks. It is then piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. The production area contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The production is then routed to sale from there. Production records within the RBDMS system are updated to 2017
372603030 2019-10-15 0:00 PW No Violations 0.70
