0836400423 | 2017-06-29 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Precision Rathole Inc.has reached a total depth of 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. They then ran 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor into the open hole. O-Tex was onsite with 330 sacks of class A cement. Inspector Dylan Pendleton was also on site to witness the cementing of casing as well. See his report for further details. |
1410575803 | 2017-07-09 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1535 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to a depth of 205 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1525 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralizer with 12 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. O-tex was onsite with 1330 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 220 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 85 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1.5 barrels back. Mix water has pH of 7, <31 ppm chlorides and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. |
1477747032 | 2017-06-29 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole Inc. had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. O-Tex was onsite with 330 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 70 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 69 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 6.5 and 46 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water leaving 10 feet of cement in the pipe. No returns to surface. Cement was visible on backside and measured at 52 feet below ground level after it dropped approximately 15 feet 30 minutes after pumping was done. Job will be topped off on Saturday 6/31 when the other two conductors on the pad are cemented. |
1499433335 | 2017-07-07 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 213 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 205 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 20 feet long. Cement baskets were set at 150 feet. Mine encountered from 158-163 feet. O-tex was onsite with 520 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 70% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 55 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No cement returned to surface. Floats did not hold. The casing was pressured back up and shut in. An additional 200 sacks of class A cement was pumped down backside after a 1.5 hour wait time. Mix water has pH of 8, <31 ppm chlorides and 74 degrees Fahrenheit. 5 barrels of cement returned to surface on top out. Job was not witnessed as pump truck failure delayed job beyond alotted hours. |
1507745634 | 2017-10-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 284 was drilling at a depth of 15,600 feet.
